VIP Carpet Cleaning did an absolutely fantastic job. They were right on time, walked the rooms to review the areas to be cleaned with special attention to the spots and stains. The cleaning was very thorough, and when the job was completed one would never know there had been any stains. In fact, the carpet looks like new again and we're talking about 7-year old carpet. We use VIP regularly and have always been pleased with their friendly, attentive service, and the time they spend making sure the job is done to perfection. Excellent job, we recommend VIP highly.

Carpets had bad stains, including hard to remove Gatoraid. Company said they had to use twice the cleaning fluid (drawing from tank in truck) than they normally use for that size condo unit, and it took a longer time than expected, but they did not charge extra. Very flexible when superintendent made them relocate their truck mid-job. Did a great job. Plan to use them again.
