 + 1 moreEvery once in a while I get into something that I don't know how to get out of, so I call them. They seem to be attentive, and their services are competitive price wise with the other options that are available in the county. They are responsive. I would like them to be a little cheaper. I do have some problems with the TV, all of a sudden it will go out, and then I will be told that I am not subscribed to that channel, although I have been watching it for months. The people on the phone definitely seem to know what they are doing.
Description of Work: I use Verizon. I last contacted them when I had problems with my television. They rebooted my line and did something on their end, and straightened things out. I use them for internet, phone and TV with them.
