The service is really good. It was kind of expensive for what we got. It could have been nice if they have more options for the price point that we were looking at. Almost every single time I worked with them, they were very okay.

I just called them maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago just to check and see if they had anything available out here yet and the first thing they said was, no. It was a very brief conversation. I think it is about $60 for the 2 lines. I think all of these things are highly priced.

I found Verizon on the list and i have been with them now for seven months. Verizon custom service is okay because yesterday i called them to checking on the service. i will use them in the future.

The seemed like they were more customer service friendly and willing to go the distance than other competitors. When they found out we didn't have a cable at our home, they went ahead and put in the cable without us asking them to do so.

I am weary about the way that Verizon does their contracting. I did all of my communication over the phone and simply pressed a button to seal the contract. I am not sure if this is a good way to do business. I also use them for cable tv services and they are always trying to charge more for things that I may or may not want. There are a lot of extra channels I do not need, but some channels I would like to have, were dropped from my service. I did call them about this and they corrected it.
When I call to speak with someone about an issue I am greeted with a recording. It always takes a long time and is not user friendly.
