Working with this company was a breeze. Their approach was a little different than most. I spoke with a sales rep and told her what I wanted for the party. Based on what I said she sent me a proposed menu. Usually, they send you numerous menu choices to select from or you download menus from their web site. This approach worked very well for me. After I reviewed the menu we made a few changes. My guests loved everything. There were no left overs. The menu in part consisted of: deviled eggs with capers, curried chicken in filo cups, petite crab cakes with green mayo, skewered chicken satay with sweet red chili pepper sauce, buttered baked salmon with arugula sauce, asparagus & portobello risotto, chocolate chocolate cake with raspberry sauce and sparklers and strawberry daiquiri mix. Yum, Yum. The meal was beautifully plated with instructions for reheating at my request. My contact, Kara, was very personable and responsive to my questions.
