Computer Repair
Instead of UBreakIFix, should be called UBreakweBreakmore. Took my iPad in for a simple battery replacement. That lead to a six-week saga of issues (and multiple trips to the store) that including an employee blaming me for a cracked screen (receipt showed I dropped off in excellent condition), and at least two attempts to return iPad to me with major technical issues that were caused by their "repairs". When finally resolved I asked for a refund of the battery replacement cost due to all the issue and was denied. Never again.
