I fired them and they took my money.  They had no clue what they were doing.  I had to have another company come in, tear their drywall down, and redo it.  There was another company involved with them that they let them use their insurance.  He sent me a proof of insurance, emailed it to me, like a fool I just looked at the liability and the policy, and didn’t bother to look at the name of the company, and he was using another company’s insurance.  I called that guy and he was a terrible person.  I had gotten these people from Service Master because I had never used anybody for that type of service and he told me that is why I have to go through them.  I gave them a $600 deposit, in cash and when I asked him the receipt, he said his wife would email it to me and I wanted him to sign a receipt right then because I was giving him cash, so he signed a receipt.  He came back and dropped off the drywall and other supplies.  He came back the next day and started.  I was having a new kitchen put in and when I saw the drywall, I just couldn't believe it.  I told them they couldn't come back to finish the job because they didn’t finish it that day, they were supposed to come back.  That was on a Friday, they were supposed to come back on Monday and I called them on Saturday to tell them that I did not want them back here.  I asked for a refund on my money and I never got it.  He brought approximately $300 worth of drywall material, which I kept with me.  I was having Lowe’s coming in to install my cabinets and I had no drywall; it was just a huge mess.  The drywall person from Lowe’s tore down the old one and put new drywall back in.  Turcios Drywall wanted to charge me $1100 to drywall my kitchen and the company that did it charged me only $450.  I don’t think anyone should ever let them into their house. They were just totally clueless about dry walling.
