He will not charge you for add-ons or minor things as compared to others who charge you for everything. He tries to fix in your house. I have a tower and he might take the tower and call and say like, "The hard drive needs to be replaced. I'll back it up for you" and he gives you a CD of your backup and then puts the new hard drive in. He gives you the hard drive for you to destroy. I think it costs $150 or $175 for first two hours, they have to bill at least two hours minimum.

It was great. I had been recommended by a friend to use Greg, and he exceeded all of my expectations. We emailed back and forth on times, he was willing to come on Sunday. Talks straight too, doesn't lapse into tech jargon.
