We had talked with Sagatov in fall 2008 and ended up choosing them over a firm that we had used before because we felt that Sagatov had more experience with custom cabinetry and a better sense of design generally. They started work on time and kept us informed of changes/difficulties in the work. They were very responsive throughout the process and did all they could to accommodate our needs when we moved back into the house before work was done.
