Roy's Water & Sewer

We live in a community where the original builder used composite pipe for the underground sewer connection. We knew replacing the pipe was inevitable. Once the sewage backups started we contacted Roy Roberts and he provided an estimate. We then decided on a convenient date for the estimated two-day project. Roy Roberts and his crew obtained the permit, contacted miss utility, excavated the deteriorated pipe and set the new pipe in one day. After the pipe installation passed the county inspection, the crew backfilled the trench and spread grass seed. The contour and the planting areas are slightly differant after the work was completed but we're expecting them to fully recover. Roy Roberts included a two year warranty on his work.

They were referred by a neighbor and his price was much less than anyone else. It is a small business and I prefer to give the job to a small business. I like him; he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have only spoken with him and set things up but I plan to use him in the future.
