Exterior Painting
I am somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to painting and am hesitant to hire someone, even though I don't have time to do it myself. When I had my chimney re-built last year, it became obvious I needed to have the entire house re-painted. After seeing the work done by Rodriguez painting on two of my neighbors' homes and getting great recommendations, I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. Preparation is key, and they did not cut corners. With double hung windows in a 70+ year old house (with some having 10 over 15 panes), there was a lot of glazing and prep that was all performed to my satisfaction. During the job, we increased some scope to include garage, etc. and all quotes were reasonable and work was performed to my satisfaction.
