Renters Warehouse staff are careless and tend to make bad decisions that aren't good for their landlords. They never did a single inspection and they didn't follow up with my tenants on utilities transfer. They also don't provide a proper breakdown of items on their owners' ledger. And worst, they're never friendly over the phone or text or email. I could feel Baljit's irritation when I read some of her replies to my assistant's text messages (I had my assistant follow up with her several times a day for weeks on end regarding the utilities and deposit issues). With all the headache I had to put up with, to say it's exhausting dealing with them is a gross understatement. I will never, ever, recommend them to anyone.
