Heating and Air Conditioning Service
It's hard to rate their actual service because they rarely keep an appointment. I have a maintenance agreement with them (and once the last pre-paid visit is used I will not longer do business with them). Last winter when I had no heat, they were unable to service me for over 24 hours. They post a Virginia number, but then always claim they don't have many techs in my area (but they took my money when I signed up). I had an appointment with them today that they needed to cancel and can't reschedule for over a week. The company I used and liked was bought out by this company. It has been a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.
