Horrible. Reico sales team wAs not knowledgeable about the product, totally unresponsive (it took 4 months to get a price quote and drawing of the cabinets). The cabinets to integrate the appliances were not correct and we have been waiting another 5 months for the salesmen to respond. The quality of the cabinets is not worth the dollars and given the lack of customer service of Reico salesrep-integrator and corporate headquarters, go to another product.

My project wasn't especially complicated -- it didn't involve any structural changes, just updating and replacing appliances, lighting and cabinetry. I chose Reico becauce I didn't want to have to deal with a lot of designers, salesmen and contractors, and because Reico has a showroom close to my house. I was very pleased with my entire experience with Reico. I may have paid somewhat more than I would have if I was willing to deal with the plethora of people above, but it was worth it to me and I felt I got good value for the money. Cathy the designer worked with me to understand my budget, what I wanted, and was most helpful in narrowing down choices in cabinetry, appliances and fixtures and in suggesting several design choices. Craig the contractor and Krista the project manager were responsive to my many questions. When I requested changes or things were not done to my satisfaction, they took care of it. It took longer than I thought it would, and there were delays caused by the bad weather over the winter, the need to reorder several items, and a repair caused by an accident.
There is only one thing I would have done differently, and that was to have scheduled all the work to be done while I was travelling on a lengthy business trip. Craig did a good job minimizing inconvenience to me but the temptation to inspect progress (or lack thereof) on a daily basis was, I found, just not a productive use of my time. Nevertheless, Craig and Krista were unfailingly patient and responsive.
In any case, I am very happy with the results -- my kitchen/paths/powderrooms are beautiful!

Ordered cabinetry from a specific company which matched the existing cabinetry in the house. Had to hire someone else for intallation. They gave me a referral.

From the get-go, we had problems with Reico. It took almost two weeks to receive a price quote and another week after that to receive a quote for alternate counters (we went with another company). When the cabinets arrived, they were wrong - some of them were the incorrect size and many of them had stiles, which we expressly did not want. These mistakes put our project back at least two weeks. One of the cabinets wasn't made without a stile - which we were never told - and it took more than six months (yes, six months) to address this issue and finish our kitchen project.
Once the cabinets, floors and counters were installed, we thought we were in the home stretch and that the backsplash would be a piece of cake. They didn't order enough backsplash for our kitchen, again delaying our project.
The staff that we dealt with were alternatively condescending and non-responsive. We were told that the choices we made would and quot;look weirdand quot; (which they don't) or went weeks and weeks without response to phone calls and emails.
I would never even consider using this company again. But, by the time the problems got really bad, we were too far into our project to change companies mid-stream.

"Thank you for your feedback. We take this kind of feedback very seriously and agree that it took too long to bring this project to completion and apologize for the time it took and frustration it created. While some mistakes were made along the way that should not have happened, ultimately we put too much into a new product release date of the cabinet without a stile mentioned, which to this date has not been released to the public but which we did have a full custom version made by the manufacturer for this project after the considerable amount of patience shown by the client. Our VP of Sales and President were involved in the latter stages to bring this to completion, and a credit was issued by Reico to the client as well. This is not the experience we ever want a customer to have and are very sorry that we did not meet their or our expectations."

Gary was knowledgeable, patient, responsive and just fantastic to work with. Are cabinets are just getting installed in May but have to say based on the quality of service to date I know we will be thrilled.

Went in to purchase a vanity for a bathroom remodel. Saleswomen was extremely helpful and provided us design guidance, which we definitely needed. Order process was easy and there followup was great. I asked for a morning delivery slot and they were able to accommodate. Would definitely use them again.

Reico remodeled our kitchen after water damage from our dishwasher. They worked seamlessly with the company provided by the Insurance company to complete the repairs to our sub floor from the water damage and provide Reico with a blank slate in what was once our kitchen. The designer Shelly was patient, professional and extremely helpful in helping us balance our design decisions and stay within budget. After a month without a kitchen and a two year old we were anxious to get back in our kitchen. Reico worked diligently to complete our install as quickly as possible after locking in the design. The cabinets arrived in less than 4 weeks and construction promptly began upon there arrival. The installation crew was extremely knowledgable, professional and meticulous and completed the kitchen in just one week. It should be noted the demolition and floors added another week to the renovation but were not completed by Reico. Reico replace our cabinets, added ceiling pendant lamps and installed our backsplash to perfection. I would definitely use them again in the future

contacted Shelley who came out and gave a few designs to work with--we had 3 estimates from other companies and liked Shelley's design the best--ordered the cabinets and were installed within 3 weeks--the countertops came the following week
DeSales and his team installed everything--we are so pleased with our new kitchen
always professional, always on time, always cleaned up after themselves--they even offered suggestions which we implemented and loved!
Krista also worked with us and she was wonderful as well

They worked hard to correct the one design error they accidentally made. A cabinet and drawer wouldn't open because they were in the corner next to the stove. Reico replaced the stove we picked with a more expensive stove which had a sleeker front door design. They also replaced the drawer and cabinet with smaller ones to make sure they opened. We did not incur any costs for the fixes. Reico reimbursed our general contractor who installed the changes.

We were very happy with our decorator, Devonne Yankey. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We were very comfortable working with her. She was an excellent guide in helping me make my selections. There is an overwhelming amount of choices and narrowing them down to a workable number can take a little time and thought. Devonne was not the least bit pushy and seemed very sensitive to our financial restrictions. We purchased our cabinets, quartz countertop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, sink, and garbage disposal through REICO and we have been very happy with the quality and appearance of the items. We used a contractor that works with REICO and although that gentleman ended up dissolving his business and joining another contracting firm, the work went smoothly and there were a only a few minor delays, which were due to purchasing some additional trim and a little glitch installing the slide in range. The work commenced on time and the workers were all nice people to have in our home. They were hard working and very capable.
Of course every project has its challenges and moments of concern, but Devonne and her boss Erin were more than fair when it came to resolving these problems. We could not be happier.

REICO is the company that my basement contractor uses for cabinets. We met with them to decide which cabinets to buy and all went well. We got a fairly quick response from that trip. After talking with our contractor it was decided that the layout that the REICO representative suggested wouldn't work. We phone to tell her and didn't hear anything else. The plan was changed and our contractor was told but we weren't. When the installers from the contractor arrived they needed to see the plan and I didn't have it. After trying to get hold of someone at REICO and not being able to I finally called the contractor and he said he could send the plan to the installers. The only time that REICO communicated with us after the initial session was to ask for money and then that was from her assistant. We left many messages for her to call us as we wanted to change one of the cabinets for a larger one. We ended up with the smaller one and we installed our own glass shelves to mask the undersized cabinet. After completing a survey for them on how our experience with the company was we received a phone call from one of the VPs. He let us know that there was nothing that they could do for us but maybe future customers would benefit. I told him that there was something they could do. Our contractor said that we should have received a "touch up" kit with our cabinets but we didn't so I said that he could send one to us. He said that he wasn't sure that we had paid for it so he couldn't do that. For a company that supposedly relies on customer references for business I can assure that we will not be referring that company to anyone.

They have been responsive, and we are happy with what we got; however, they have had a lot of personnel changes, without letting us know, and it has been tough sometimes to maintain continuity. I would recommend them and use them again. They are the only company locally that carried the cabinets we were wanting, so I cannot grade on price.
