Q & A CONSTRUCTION

In the beginning it was fine. This guy came in, gave us a reasonable quote, and said all of his work had a one year warranty. But then he started rushing through the job. I have tiles that have popped out and are uneven now, mildew because he didn't install tiles on a slant around the window, floor tiles that creak and cracked several times, mis-repaired an area of the shower with a different color of grout, improperly installed the vanity to sit on top of a tile (with no sub-flooring), improperly installed a ceiling vent without venting through the roof, and installed a shower drain with caulk (despite telling him it needed to be screwed in). In essence, these guys did a terrible half-way job and tried to hurry up and get out of there. He came out twice to fix the same problems over again (cracking tiles) and then stopped returning our calls. This guy is a fraud everyone. Watch out. He'll take your money and give you a terrible product in return. He also comes up with crazy reasons why things are going badly (never his fault).
