Storage
The site has been left open, unsecured, for weeks. Even at night the Public Storage management has failed to lock the gate and doors. Anyone is free to walk the site even in late night hours. The regional manager promised to find a solution but has decided to take no action. This follows multiple incidents with the sprinkler system which flooded the building and caused much damage to many renters' valuables. The management failed to inform the renters until many days after the event. This allowed wet household goods to be further damaged because of his inaction. Further, the management has chosen to stop pest control service in the building but did not inform the renters, instead he has raised the rental rates many times while the quality of service goes down. This is absolutely a storage service to avoid.
