They won't even dust and that is one of the things on their to do list.  Several years ago I actually had one lady who refused to clean the rooms I wanted her to clean.  I kicked her out immediately.  This last time (July 2013) was our worse experience.  The woman cleaned the floors and the bathrooms and the kitchen.   That's all they ever do.  But this time she scuffed up our kitchen sink and put my wooden bread board and knife in the oven.  Why would anyone do that.  Of course i turned on the oven to make dinner and fortunately I decided not to wait for the oven to get hot or my expensive items would have gone up in flames.  None of these ladies speak English.  At least not to me.  Since I am a native Spanish speaker, they all think they are my friends and feel entitled to ask me all sorts of personal questions.  They also feel entitled to be lazy.  The driver will not come in to the house to explain to them what they are supposed to do.  He actually tells them I will tell them what to do.    They should be paying me.  I fired them and I will not be going back to them and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Overall it went well.  We used them two different times.  The first experience was wonderful.  They sent two ladies out to clean who did an excellent job.  However, they did accidently take our microfiber dust mit with them. 
The second time they only sent one person to clean.  She told us it would be an additional $20 to scrub the bathroom floor which was a little irritating since they didn't do that the first time.  Overall, the woman did a great job though.

The service started well but with ach week became more and more "average." A couple of slly things, including a costly broken faucet really eroded confidence in the service. W had a GREAT cleaning woman for 4 years that ultimately moved. Professional was a let down after that experience

This company is the worst we've seen. This was our second try of this service. The maids don't drive, and the first time, their driver left the maids suffering in 90 degree heat on our front porch for an entire hour and a half after the job was done, so I had to call the service twice, finally offering to call the cops in order to get the driver to come pick them up. Well, they were available on short notice so we hired them again. What a mistake. This time they sent only one lady so the service took almost five hours. The lady was terrible. Here are examples. On our stove, she LEFT THE GAS DISCONNECTED from the burners so next time we tried to cook, our kitchen started filling with gas instead of lighting the burner. In our foyer, the lady left a large amount of WATER SPILLED ON OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS and did not promptly dry it up, so my wife had to dry that up in order to avoid a major repair. In the bathrooms and around the house, the lady used some kind of DANGEROUSLY SLIPPERY FLOOR POLISH on our hardwood and marble flooring so after she left, we were tripping all over the house. Lastly, she BROKE SMALL ITEMS including a trash bin latch and the spring on a diaper disposal unit (after throwing away all of its fresh bags), and oh yes, she arrived at our house with a BROKEN VACUUM cleaner. During the course of all of this terrible service, it was impossible to communicate with her to give instructions because she spoke NO ENGLISH whatsoever, not even enough to understand "What is your name." At the end, she tried to remove some of our cleaning supplies.

Not a good experience. Don't bother!

They did show up as scheduled, but many different people who could not speak English. I was always disappointed with their work and will never use them again.

They did a great job, they were on time, they were very friendly, And they had a very competitive prices. It was a pretty good experience and I would use them again in the future.

They were cleaning our neighbors. We went over to talk to them about cleaning our place. They immediately called a supervisor who answered all our questions. In less than 10 minutes (no kidding) the supervisor pulled up in a van with 2 more women. The entire group (7 women in all) came into our place right then and cleaned EVERYTHING in less than 30 minutes. We set up a regular bi-weekly cleaning. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned great!! Dusting and bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen floor was cleaner than when we moved in.
