The project went very well. They were able to come the same day I called. They arrived promptly and were very professional. They removed the large machine without any complications or damage. Given the relatively narrow space they had to work with, this was no small accomplishment. We no longer had any use for the machine, but it was still usable, so they told us the would donate the machine, or if that was not possible, take care of disposal.

My elliptical needed repair. I use it every day, so it was important to me to get the work done ASAP. I called on a Sunday--not only did they answer the phone, but they were able to come out the next morning. They were responsive, professional, very nice--a pleasure to deal with. The work was performed well and the price was right. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

FANTASTIC! Could not have been happier. They even arrived a little early, they knew exactly what they were doing, and it took them about 30 minutes to finish the job. I had anticipated it taking at least an hour. In putting it back together they were even able to show me that the people who assembled it in the first place (Nordic Track) did it wrong. They gave me a very good price. I would absolutely use them again, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to move any type of treadmill or heavy gym equipment.

I called the week before Labor Day weekend to inquire about moving a treadmill from Fairfax to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. To my surprise Roberto said they could pick up and deliver the treadmill on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Since we are only in that home occasionally it was great to find a company able to work on a weekend! They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

They are amazing! Roberto and his crew were willing to schedule this move for 7:00pm on a Friday just to get us in before next week. They arrived right on time and were extremely friendly and professional. This treadmill is incredibly heavy and our stairs our very narrow; they had to enter the basement through the external door facing the alley because the basement stairs are too narrow. They were willing and able to do all of this, quickly and accurately. I would happily recommend them to anyone else.

We bought the treadmill new about six years ago. It had never been serviced so it was long overdue. Since I use it every day, it was important to get it up to speed (no pun intended :-) Two guys came. They cleaned it out then moved it downstairs where they continued working on it. Roberto knows his stuff. He tested it and determined that the belt had been loose after so long without service.
I very much recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

A lubricated belt on the motor was causing the problem. I bought the treadmill used and Roberto fixed the problem and tested it for a extended time. He was able to remove the lubricate from the belt which should have never been lubricated, saving me from the cost of a new belt and the thought of trashing the treadmill.

After I got the part he became uncommunicative. We finally hired someone else who told us that Robert had misdiagnosed the problem. We didn't need the expensive roller that we purchased and he repaired the machine in a few minutes for far less money.

"We responded to [members name] call on the same day she called. We checked her treadmill as it was making a loud noise we removed the drive roller and discovered that the bearings were bad she asked us to order and we found the part from the manufacturer the part could be ordered but manufacturer could not give us a shipping date as part was backorder we contacted [members name] and explained her what what's going on we did not order the part because it was back ordered and we did not get her aproval to order without a shipping date and we was going to pay with our own money. If you spray lube on the roller bearings noise goes away for a couple of weeks but does not fix the problem she contacted us on December 23rd asking us to come and install the roller as she got it. We contacted her on the 25th of December and never heard from her. Per her husband she texted us but for some reason we never got it. But we returned her money and apologize for the miscommunication but we have over 13 years of experience and we are 100% sure of our diagnostic. We came to her house and returned the service fee we worked on her treadmill for free. She was very nice and her husband also"

Great! The arrived on time for pick-up. The equipment had to be disassembled at pick-up and reassembled at the destination and Roberto asked for the make and model before providing an estimate. They were familiar with the equipment and did the job correctly and professionally. After delivery they showed me how to operate the treadmill. We were very pleased with the job and would use Pro Fitness again. Also their cost was 1/2 a competitor's.

Pro Fitness Movers were professional, careful, and quick. Roberto was extremely responsive, and even came the same day we requested service to do the job. He and his associate arrived on time and finished the job in about 30 minutes without having to disassemble any equipment. They were extremely careful not to damage the walls or floors as they moved the equipment. They did an excellent job and we would recommend them for anyone looking to move heavy, bulky fitness equipment into their home.

We had some communication problems in the beginning to get an estimate and a date for the move. Roberto got back to us in time before we hired someone else. He and his two helpers were a little late on the moving day, but everything went very smothly after that.
