POTOMAC KITCHEN AND BATH LLC

I decided to renovate my kitchen and three bathrooms, so I reached out to three companies in the fall of 2023, and Potomac Kitchen and Bath was one of them. While their pricing fell in the middle of the three estimates, their attention to detail and customer service set them apart. My wife and I visited PKB's Sterling location multiple times to select styles, tiles, and designs for our spaces. Musafa, with his wealth of knowledge, guided us through the process, offering valuable advice every step of the way. Once the renovation began in November, Sean, PKB's project manager, proved invaluable. With multiple crews working simultaneously on different areas of our home, Sean ensured that everything progressed smoothly and according to schedule. He also coordinated appliance deliveries, with PKB handling the installation of our kitchen appliances. Throughout the renovation, PKB consistently kept us updated and provided feedback on any change orders we requested. Any minor issues we encountered were promptly addressed, and despite submitting several change orders, PKB completed them all without hesitation. I am extremely pleased with the work Potomac Kitchen and Bath has done for us, and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects!

Mustafa and his workers did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. They did a great job taking proper measurements, keeping the job site clean and communicating with us. We had an kitchen island that was angled and they were able to make it straight. They just had to move the plumbing around. The were able to get all the necessary permits and were able to complete the job in the time frame promised. They have a shop in Falls Church that had samples of tile, flooring, back-splash, hardware, etc. It was very easy to pick and choose everything. After that he generated the design on his computer and then printed it out for us. The price was reasonable as well. In fact it came in about $2000.00 less then are first bid. We will definitely be using Mustafa and his crew again.

The whole process was smooth. Their price was lower than others fr the same product. Their installers were excellent and worked late into the day to get the job done. Mostafa (owner) checked on the work a couple of times. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Mustafa and his team did a great job remodeling our guest room bath and basement bathroom. We were impressed with the regular communication and the promptness, as well as the quality of the work. Mustafa proved his trustworthiness and reliability, as well as his patience as we went through the design process. He was the only contractor who came out to the house (out of several) who offered additional ideas on how to improve our bathroom (making the shower larger, for example) and he and his teammate Faustina were very pleasant to work with.
