Jose was scheduled to come by my house on 9/20/19 at 11:30 AM to look at the furniture and provide an estimate. He texted me at 10:54 AM asking for a picture. I responded that he was coming in half an hour so he could see the furniture and have the picture then. I waited for him until about noon. I texted him to follow up on the visit. Jose said that he decided not to come because I did not send him the picture and that he was 1 hour away from my house. If Jose is one hour away from my house, why did he contacted me at 10:54 AM? Wasn't he supposed to be on the road at 10:30 AM to get to my house at 11:30 AM? The truth is that he had no intention to come to my house. He lied to me and made me wait and take off work for no reason. I do not appreciate Jose's lack of commitment with a potential customer. He just lost a $2,000.00 job according to my latest estimate. (LOL)
