Furniture - Sales
Salesperson was fine and accommodating. Delivery was a nightmare. Took 3 dates before furniture delivered. First time driver couldn't find us even though the correct address was on the invoice and then the driver lied that he called me. Second time, driver was too busy to deliver. Third time they delivered and broke a chair and left. I had to follow up. Each day was spent waiting for the driver to show up. I complained and they took $150 off the bill.
