Description of Work: Stay away, I had them for one year and couldn't have gotten rid of them quick enough. unprofessional and unresponsive.

 + -1 moreActually, it went perfect. This is the exact nightmare contractor I was hoping to avoid, since we are moving overseas. I am very glad to have been shown how unreliable and irresponsible this guy was before I hired him. Trying to deal with someone like this from overseas would have been a complete disaster and I am actually really glad that he didn't wait to take my money before showing his true colors.
Description of Work: We wanted to hire a property manager. I called this company and the guy sounded great. He offered to come the following day at 4 o'clock to take a look at the property and give me an assessment. I ran home the next day and cleaned the house. No one came and at 4:40 I called him. He had completely forgotten. I was understandably annoyed, but he offered to come at 6:30 and I said ok. Rushed through dinner, only to get a call at 6:45 that he isn't coming. He apparently was overbooked (greedy?) and was also going on vacation the next day. He swore he was really not like this, that he was a professional, as soon as he got back on March 15 he would call and prove himself. Well, it's been 10 days and he apparently forgot again.
