Stereo and Home Theater System Service
From the beginning we were pleased. When we called and the store manager, Michael Wall, suggested that we come in and look and then schedule a home visit. All sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. The home visit was scheduled within two days. The systems design person who came to our home, Terry O'Toole, was very helpful in explaining to us what would work best for our room layout and also made excellent suggestions on how to get rid of the existing cable mess. The installers came when promised and were all exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. We questioned the need for the $300 remote (MX-900) and the $200 programming charge but it is worth every penny. The system is truly a one-touch operation.
