Andy Varnum did good and careful work, taking time to make sure the system was installed correctly and following up a few days later to confirm that it was functioning well. He was also quite pleasant and professional and patiently answered our many nervous questions.

He is very dependable, friendly, and inspires confidence in his work.  Since he is a family friend, I trusted him and  didn't shop prices.

Andy was thoughtful, logical and cost conscious and came up with a solid set of phase 1 recommendations that are more than likely to cure the situation.

This man is very professional in his manner. He is a pleasant person. He gives explanation of the service that needs to be done. He makes recommendations on how to get the best service from your furnace, like using a different air filter.

Our HVAC system was quickly nearing the end of its life, so we were wading through the endless sea of information about new systems. By the time Andy came over, I had done enough research to be conversant on the subject and had two other estimates. One was for much more than we needed for our size of house and the other was just plain over-priced for the quality of the units. Andy gave us exactly what we needed, at a fair price, and with awesome customer service. He came when he said he would, returned calls promptly, was courteous and professional, and the place was spotless when he left. He is now our regular HVAC service person too, and it's a pleasure to deal with someone so nice and honest!
