Excellent. Punctual, very through cleaning. Pays attention to all of the details. The pricing is very reasonable. And my cleaner loves my cats! I am very pleased and use Mermaid on an ongoing basis every other week.

Everything was thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, dusted and scrubbed -including  bookshelves, bathroom and kitchen floors,and  window sills  No surface in any room or bathroom was missed.  They arrived right on time.  They also changed and replaced the linens on my bed. The employee was courteous and responsive.  As soon as I returned home and opened the door, the change to the apartment's environment was immediately noticeable - clean and fresh throughout.

Mermaid is the best cleaning service I have found in the Northern Virginia area.  They are a very professional business with hardworking employees and have always done a fantastic job.  They are very reliable and will go the extra mile when asked.  I have been using this company for many years and would never consider switching to anyone else.  You will not be disappointed if you use this company.

Mermaid Inc. has been my housekeeping service for many years.  Two Mermaid employees clean my one-bedroom condo twice a month.  While my place is small, I've never been fond of cleaning my place, especially the bathroom and kitchen, so I hired Mermaid Inc. to do the job.  The Mermaid staff is punctual and cleans my place on my schedule.  The staff is friendly and hard working, and my place has a fresh, clean look and feel to it after they're done.  Beth, the company owner, is helpful and flexible, and will reschedule visits to accommodate vacations and holidays.  I highly recommend Mermaid, Inc. for housecleaning services.

They have been out 3 times, and they come once a month.  They seem to do a good job, and we are still planning on having them come back.

So far we have been generally pleased with the cleaning, especially for the price.  The owners are quite responsive.

I have been using Mermaid, Inc. for over 2 years (since 2008) and have never been dissatisfied. The company owners are very professional, reliable and flexible. They employ one cleaning crew - the same three ladies show up to clean my house every time (1-2 times per month), and they do an excellent job cleaning. If I want special attention to a particular area, or if they overlook something, they are very responseive and receptive. I love this crew! If I forget to leave out new sheets, they'll get some from the closet for me. (Don't know if they do that for everyone, but they've been cleaning my house for over 2 years and know what I want done.) They are completely honest and trustworthy. They have a key to come while I'm at work. I don't have to lock away my jewelry or valuables. I love dealing with the owner (Pascal). He never forgets to follow-up with me if I forget to schedule a cleaning. He is also very flexible in accommodating changes to my cleaning schedule as needed. I also find their price to be very reasonable.
