I have Toto toilets in my home. Because each model has a unique shape and "innards" it is hard to find technicians that are both familiar enough with them and have the parts to make a repair. Mayco Andrade Plumbing was not only familiar with the brand and had the parts -- he was FAST!!! Very responsive, quote was reasonable and I am very happy with the results. Will definitely be calling them back for all of the other toilets I have in my home.

I placed an emergency service call because my water heater was leaking water. It was Saturday, yet Ariel responded quickly and was at my house within 30 minutes. I was so impressed with how pleasant he was. After thoroughly diagnosing the water heater, he explained fully what needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and most of all, honest. His cost seemed reasonable, and I was really impressed that he didn't try to sell me a new water heater. My unit is 7 yrs old. I was so satisfied with his professionalism I am having him come back to check out my toilets, sinks, dishwasher, disposal, etc. to make sure there are no potential problems.
