Patricia and her team consistently do an amazing job. Recently I used her after being away from the area for several years. She accomodated me on short notice and was even willing to help me out over a period of time that she and her team don't normally work. The work was exceptional as I remembered it to be. Thanks again for your professionalism and consistent good work.

Patricia quoted us $380 for a deep cleaning and $350/month thereafter. This estimate was given after walking throughout our entire home. We agreed to the estimate. She arrived 20mins late for a 10:00am appointment today (never called/texted) and after doing only half of the house, she stated she never agreed to clean the whole house. She said if we wanted the whole house cleaned, the cost would now be $800! As you can imagine, my wife and I were extremely upset and disappointed. We couldn’t believe she would blatantly lie about what was originally agreed via text message. Nevertheless, we paid her the $380 fee and was glad to see her finally leave at 3:30pm. I have used Patricia to clean one of my rental properties without much issue in the past. But, given her unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and extremely poor customer service, we will never use her services again. Buyer beware! Not recommended.

I was quoted $150 and up for a deep cleaning. For less than 1500 square feet and 3.5 hours of cleaning she asked for $500! This was very misleading. When I contacted her saying I was upset, she ignored my messages. I have been her client for over 4 years so I didn't expect this.

Patricia is absolutely wonderful. She is very detailed - moves our furniture to get all our dust, cleans the refrigerator, and scrubs the floors.

They are very thorough.They clean like your mama used to clean your house back in the day. They're reliable, they're courteous, they're thorough, they're professional. It has really been a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for their house to be cleaned. They actually got mops and buckets to clean floors. They moved furniture. They lift up things and clean underneath. They get down on their knees to clean the baseboard. It took a while for me to write a review because I want to see if they are consistent and they are.

Patricia of Magic Cleaning has worked for us for twenty years and she has always been thorough, professional, and personable. She vacuums everywhere, even under the rugs, makes the kitchen sparkle, and leaves the whole house clean and tidy. Dog hair everywhere? Not after Patricia and her crew has been there! Baseboards, kitchen windows and glass doors, behind couches— she cleans them all. She is so dependable and trustworthy we have also employed her as a babysitter and pet sitter. She is beloved by our kids and even our grumpy dog

Patricia, who runs Magic Cleaning, is incredible! She and her group have been cleaning my house over 6 years. They do an excellent job and I have 2 large, very fluffy dogs. I still don't know how they get all the fur up. Her scheduling is flexible and they are very trustworthy. I have a 3 br, 2 bath town-home and they are thorough in cleaning and very efficient. Patricia and her team always do a great job and are extremely thorough. As our neighbor who has also used them says, they’re the kind of people who move your couch to clean underneath it! They love kids and dogs and are always happy to work around whatever we have going on. They’ve been really understanding when we have an extreme mess because of renovation, and have been great about rescheduling when we need to. Everyone has always been very kind and respectful and our house is spotless when they’re done.

Wonderful! Patricia and Team are the best service we have ever employed to clean our house. So good in fact that most of my neighbors and my brother also uses their help on a regular basis. Patricia is very professional and the crew is very thorough. It’s the same ladies each week which is nice and they do an amazing job. They lift up carpets, move furniture, clean inside of windows and help with specific items each week as needed. I recommend them without hesitation!

Patricia and her team have been coming to our house every two weeks for the last three years and I can't recommend her enough. The house is IMMACULATE when she is done. I have had other cleaners before and no one was as thorough and did as good a job as her – she cleans under all furniture, rugs, gets the baseboards, lamps, fans, windows, blinds, doors, etc., everytime. Our young kids continue to bring in more and more toys and they still do a great job cleaning despite the growing amount of “stuff” that has accumulated. She is also very easy to get a hold of and trustworthy.
