Great. Lawn Masters has cut my yard for over 5years. I have no complaints. Always friendly and very professional.

While he's not very responsive he does do an excellent job. He has at times come at the very end of the window that he said he would, but showed up nonetheless. All was well until we noticed a discrepancy in our bill. He charged us for 2 cuts when he only came once in April. We thought it was a simple mistake so we crossed off the early April invoice and paid sent a check for the one cut. When he got the invoice he called my wife very irate insisting that he mowed the lawn. He yelled at her and was extremely unprofessional until my wife gave in and told him we would pay for that cut (and the additional ones he's done since) but would not need his services going forward. We both independently realized the mistake when we saw the bill because we were wondering the entire month when he was going to start cutting the lawn for the season. Our son's birthday party was at the end of the month and we were nervous he wouldn't make it out in time (he did, the Friday of). The grass is so noticeably different when its cut, there's no way we wouldn't notice him cutting the lawn. We were home the entire month of April. Larry you won $37 bucks, but lost thousands in potential future revenue from us.

They do a great job and also take care of at least 2 other yards in my neighborhood. Great guy and his son(s).

His prices are excellent and he does a good job. The problem is that, as far as I can tell, his company consists only of him and one other worker. That, together with his apparently large number of customers, means that he has almost constant scheduling problems. Even in good weather I was never sure when he would do the work I had requested long before. If it rained, all bets were off. For the second year in a row he has left me high and dry with a yard full of leaves after everyone else on my street was finished. When I spoke with him the last time he became defensive.

Most of the companies we contacted wanted us to sign a monthly contract with weekly mowings at a higher per mowing rate than Larry charged. We knew that when the summer was hotter, weekly mowings were unnecessary. We were also planning to move in the near future and did not want to be tied up with a contract. Larry came out, gave us the estimate, was happy to work with us without a contract and on our schedule. Even with the rain in May and June he was able to get it done in a timely way (even if a day or two after the scheduled day). We are delighted. Several of the companies we contacted never even called us back, even though we were told someone would call to set up an estimate. Larry called back immediately after we left a message, gave us his e-mail and came by the next day. It's a pleasure to work with him.

I had called nearly a dozen other contractors on Angie's List. Larry is the only one who followed up. It was a terrific storm, and I'm certain all those other contractors were overwhelmed. Only one besides Larry bothered to call me back. But he showed up and did the job, so he's the best of the lot if you ask me.

Work is well done.

He was busy but promised to come by and cut the front and back yard grass. They were amazing, fast efficient workers and the lawn had never looked better---yard was completely trimmed and clippings were removed/blown off sidewalk. Work was very through.

They came out about a year ago and redid my entire backyard. They did a very thorough job. He had a very reasonable price for the work that they did. They did such a good job that I gave them a little extra as well.

I used Lawn Masters service on a routine basis for over six years. They have consistently provided complete and excellent service. I have provided referrals for many neighbors as well as commercial firms. My neighbors have used their service for over three years after my referral. Great family owned and operated company!

I am looking for someone to take over this job. He doesn't follow my direction and cuts the lawn too short. I pay him up front for the month and I do feel that it is a little high. He does however come out pretty quick when I call him.

I received great service from this company. I never had to call to have them come out because the lawn was over grown or not done properly when they did come by. I would definitely recommend them.
