KPA Management

Description of Work: KPA Management serves as our condominium community's property management company. The services they provide are either nonexistent or abysmal, consistently dragging our property values well below what they should be in the area. Their entire team is continually nonresponsive to requests for repairs and ongoing maintenance (supposedly covering a wide range of items necessary in an older garden-apartment-style community such as ours). Their communication skills and approach to customer service, when they are forced to oblige, is entirely nonprofessional, rude, and tantamount to bullying owners. When services are performed, they are either superficial and non-substantive or else downright more harmful to the community and property values. Having lived here and been subjected to them for 15+ years, I can confidently advise anyone seeking a property management company to stay as far away from them as possible. It is rather amazing to me that they have somehow managea to stay in business.
