I have used Juan and his crew several times and have recommended them to others. They always do an excellent job. They are very neat and take great care with everything.

Juan and his crew have done a number of jobs for us over several years.  Their work is always excellent and totally satisfactory.  They take great care to avoid getting any paint where it shouldn't be and always leave everything completely clean and dust free.  The painting is done expertly.  They are skilled at making any necessary repairs prior to painting and their prep work generally is thorough.  Juan is a pleasure to deal with and his crew is too.  We have no hesitation is recommending Juan! 

This was the second time we've used Juan and it was the flawless, perfectionist job that we experienced the first time. He is extraordinarily professional, talented, and gracious. The team painted a large job in 4 days, always leaving the house immaculately after they left in the late afternoons. I have recommended them many times and look forward to using them again. He is exceptional.

First, he was really prompt (and fair) in giving an estimate. Second, his crew does beautiful work. They really take the time to do a nice job (fixing walls, sanding, retaping, and so forth). Third, he is wonderful about "extras" and add-ons - for example, for our last job, we also had six doors that needed painting plus a windowsill, etc. etc.. Fourth, they are really good about cleanup. He's meticulous about doing everything as agreed, and doing it well. I wish all contractors were this easy to deal with. (He's also done work for my brother and for my parents...and on every occasion did an outstanding job).

Very pleased with them. I will be using them again within the next 2 months.

Juan Beltran and his crew are wonderful. We have used him 3 times before and he always delivers. He's prompt and professional. He came and looked at what needed doing and then emailed me a quote. He arrived on the day and time promised and completed the work in one day. His staff are polite and very neat. He covers everything with plastic and you don't need to do anything to prepare for him. And when they are done, they are careful to clean up any little bits of dust from sanding, etc. We recommend him very highly and will continue to use him for all paint jobs, big and small.

An excellent experience. He arrived promptly at the arranged time for a review of the work to be done. He submitted a detailed estimate with one week and gave us a specific start date. We were able to adjust that date easily due to conflicts in our schedule.
His crew arrived on the specified date and worked steadily throughout the day for 3 days until the job was done. We had multiple colors on multiple levels and he guided us through contrasts and matches.
Juan came highly recommended by several neighbors and we now know why! An excellent experience!

Juan Beltran Painting was recommended to us with enthusiasm by a neighbor. We hired this company previously and were extremely happy with the work they did to repair and repaint exterior and interior areas of our home. As happened before, Juan responded promptly with a visit to our home to review the necessary work and emailed a proposal by email shortly thereafter. This time we were seeking to repair water damage to walls in our living and dining rooms caused by the past summer's storms. Juan and his crew appeared promptly on the scheduled day and worked steadily until the work was done. They were all extremely neat and took great care to protect the rest of our home from dust and paint splatters. Everyone on the crew was pleasant and responsive and worked with great efficiency. All of the work was completed as scheduled and we were very happy with the results! I plan to use Mr. Beltran's company again and would recommend him to all.

We have used Juan Beltran's company several times for paint jobs.
I won't use any one else--he is not only very good at his job, but his price can't be beat.
The last job was to paint 2 bedrooms, and their bathrooms, paint 2 powder rooms, repair a hole in a wall and re-paint that.
He showed up first thing in the morning with a crew of 7 and they were done that day.
They never leave a mess, are tidy, and put everything back where it was.

"Juan the Painter" has been our painter for about 8 years. He painted every wall (and many of the ceilings) in our current house when we first moved in (and painted my daughter's room again and again and again as she went from 7 to now 15). He has done exceptional work every time, including this one. We have saved much of the paint, so on this job he did not supply it but used leftover from before. However, he has bought the paint for us on occasion and gets good rates for both Benjamin Moore and Duron. I'm more of a Duron man, myself. Juan's team is always on time, always very careful and cleans up extremely well. Juan comes out to estimate, himself, and can tell you how much paint is needed, how much time, then emails price quotes. He has been lower than any other quote every time we've checked, but truthfully we haven't even bothered calling anyone else in the past 4 years or so. We have referred Juan to our family, friends and neighbors and he has painted several of the houses around us as well. We are moving out of this place at the end of the year and into a new townhouse with all white walls. Juan is coming out again on Friday to estimate and will paint all the walls in our new place. He can do fancier finishes or plain old colors. We are extremely happy and can't recommend his work highly enough.

Juan was great to work with. Hard working crew. On time ,considerate, and very patient. Could not have had a better experience.
