They are professional, detail oriented, and have a wide array of knowledge in construction projects. The team is seasoned and loyal. They do continuous work from beginning to completion. The quality of their work is unmatched.

This was a cumulative list of projects that turned into one major project, with John Hall and his company in the center of it as general contractor and doing the majority of the work. The planning phase was extensive, John sending us to various vendors to choose the granite, sinks, pedestal, faucets, fireplace assembly, carpet, etc. We agreed that the project would flow more efficiently and cost less in the long run if we moved out, which we did, emptying the first and second floors of everything. The work was scheduled to include a period when we would be away at a conference anyway. 5 weeks were allocated. As the work began and they took the old countertop off, they discovered the underlying condition of the cabinets underneath was so bad that it would be better to replace them rather than reface them, which had been the plan. We choose cabinets and hardware, and they were ordered. We checked on the progress until our departure for the conference removed us from the area. John gave us daily or every other day reports of progress. The project was completed on time as far as we were concerned. The found hidden damage to the cabinets that caused an unanticipated necessity to order new cabinets caused a week's delay. As a result, we moved back into the house one week later than the estimate. John's folks had thoroughly cleaned the entire house and removed all traces of there having been serious construction work in the house. We were and still are very pleased with the work and the workmanship, efficiency, attention to detail, adherence to schedule and cost, and professionalism of John Hall and his people. The cost was higher than the estimate but only because of the new cabinets. That was fine because no one knew that the cabinets were going to be as damaged behind as they were.
