I couldn't be happier with the service that Chris provided when we had a blown tire that wouldn't even come off our car in the driveway. He came to the house as promised to loosen the lug nuts. When I asked him if he could replace the tire, he said yes - but it would only be the next day, because he had to order it. He also explained that I was welcome to look for someone who could replace it on the same day, that I shouldn't feel any obligation to buy a tire from him just because of the service call. I replied that this kind of integrity was exactly why I wanted to do business with him. So he installed the spare that day, then the new tire the next - while waiving the callout charge. Recommended!

They take good care of my truck. I have an 04' Ford Explorer. They do good work on tires. They have last a couple years on my truck. I have been going here since they opened up, and would recommend them to anybody.

Chris Fedora named his business aptly, INTEGRITY, because it describes him and his partner/buddy and their old-fashioned, neighborly approach to auto repair. As you can imagine, he's got plenty of repeat customers. I was referred to him by Olympia Auto Parts across the street. Over the course of two visits, Chris and his business partner identified our engine leak as an oil leak when I thought it was something else. And they used a dye poured into the crankcase to find, with an infrared device, exactly where it was leaking, because there was too much residue on the engine block to determine where the source was earlier. I had our SUV at another repair shop that I used for years and they never thought of doing that. Anyway, Chris did it for free, saying it's not worth fixing now (a timing belt housing gasket), but to monitor the leak until it got worse. Then at that time it would make sense to replace the timing belt, gasket, et al. Sounds like a plan.

When driving car, it felt it was not in the right gear. Took car to Integrity and Chris Fedora, owner, gave me an itemized estimate that matched the actual cost and performed the work in a couple of days, which included time to order and receive parts. He also explained the work that was being done and the warranty information.
He is friendly, efficient, honest, and affordable.

CV joints were clicking and clutch wasn't engaging properly for my 1998 Nissan Altima. Chris took the car for a drive and verified the problems existed (he even stated he didn't notice the clutch was a problem until he drove it up a hill).

Our family car wouldn't start on a Sunday. We had it towed to Integrity Tire and Auto Repair. The owner, Chris Fedora, looked at the car first thing Monday morning, the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The pump was replaced quickly and we were back on the road hauling the kids around. We've been going to Integrity Tire and Auto Repair for well over a year and you just can't beat the quality of service. Chris takes the time to talk to you about your car, he's honest and straight forward...everything everyone wants from someone working on their car. Did it while I waited and he worked quickly, and properly (torquing the lugnuts properly for example, which, sadly, isnt always done at the rip-em-off tire places. . He didn't seem to mind me watching from a respectful distance (I stayed in the "office" area). Thorough too--test drove the car and everything. Chris is very professional and personable. It's his shop (he did all the work himself, though I assume he has some helpers). He didn't try to up-sell me or anything (actually, he gave me a tip about ordering tires online over the phone). This is a rarity, a small shop run by the owner who knows his stuff and his pricing is very reasonable. He's clearly not out to inflate charges on you. If ever there were an opportunity to hit you with all kinds of random charges, it's when installing tires. There's no shortage of auto repair places along Lee highway in the Falls Church area. Some are probably very good, some are probably terrible. This one is good. One caveat: Since it's basically a one-man shop, there isn't always someone at the front desk. If he's out test-driving a car, you might have to wait a couple minutes. Not really a problem.
