"The day your car was towed, I explained that the building manager was monitoring the parking lot and since the building is having parking problems with neighboring shopping centers, they are being very strict. It really is not fair to leave this kind of review because you had decided to park in the parking lot and go to the next center. The experience, as described above in the services performed section, was very pleasant. At each visit to Ideal Tile, the service was prompt and very courteous. Mo and Linda were patient with us as we struggled to pick out the appropriate tile. They provided assistance in choosing the proper tile and in designing the best layout for it. The tile delivery time in each case was reasonable and prompt and the tile price in each case seemed very reasonable. We were especially grateful that we were able to trade one backplash tile for another without a problem.
We would have no hesitation about making future purchases from Ideal Tile.

Mo manages the tile installation. He explained each detail of the work and the timetable necessary to complete the work. He anticipated the information that plumbers and carpenters would need to prep the work for tile. He anticipated that it would take 5 work days, we scheduled the work 3 weeks in advance. The work took exactly five days and the bathroom was paint ready when they finished.
They will be remodeling my other small ugly bathroom soon.
