Pankaj and Deepak had serviced my "retirement computer" competently for several years. When I was ready for a new computer, Pankaj recommended the desktop model I now use at home with the software they knew I would be comfortable with (not a big learning curve). They transferred all my data and set up my new computer efficiently. If I have a question I either call or email them and get a prompt response. They are professional and trustworthy and I recommend them with confidence.

I pulled them off from the Angie's list. They were well rated. They took care of everything. They were very timely. They took it back on Tuesday, and had it back by Saturday morning. This was the first time I have used them. They seemed to be very confident. They were familiar with the virus that had attacked my computer. They made all the attempts not to have to reformat; but that failed. They did warn me that was probably going to happen. It was not a virus, but a Trojan. They were little pricey.

They are really wonderful, lovely people. I found them to be very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services to others, and I do plan on using them again in the future.

I spent about $150 on the job. They were very pleasant to deal with and they were very prompt. I had used them before to fix a printer, on which they did a very good job. However, I don’t think they did a great job with the speeding up of the computer. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

They were very nice and helpful, it was very positive, they offered to come out to my home but decided to take it in, they were able to let me come in back and watch them do the work, they had a great price and they were very knowledgeable.

My daughter's laptop died - refused to boot up - on Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. She was leaving Sunday evening to spend her junior year abroad in Europe. After searching Angie's List, we found a recommended repair shop nearby that was also open on Saturday. We brought it in then, but - alas - their electronics diagnostician wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Our daughter left for Europe with our own laptop, while we waited for the diagnosis and estimate. They finally called us with it on Thursday, and the machine was ready for pick-up the following Monday. It seems to be working fine, and we'll swap machines back with our daughter when she comes home for Xmas break.

We have bought several computers and accessories from them over the years and they have always offered very good service. They charge on an hourly basis or you can just call them up and get assistance if you have any problems.

Excellent quality work; a little slow.

Technician was very professional and courteous, shared some trouble shooting ideas, answered other questions that arose in a manner that was clearly understood by 'regular' users. In addition to changing memory boards, he cleaned out the dust, cleaned keyboards, mice and monitor without being asked or prompted.

Found the name of this outfit in an Angie's List report for a different vendor who had recommended this company. The reporter was happy with the service they provided. I was in the middle of a job and afraid that the computer problem involved my main hard drive. I carried the CPU to their shop, and they said they would have it looked at shortly. Nothing happened for a whole day because their techs were servicing off site, but by noon of the the second day my CPU was ready. Happy ending. They would have been able to retrieve data from the hard drive if necessary, though that would have been a big job.
