everything was finished. My apartment building misplaced the key I
left. they called me to let me know and were super patient.
The job itself was great. I was moving out and wanted to have it as
clean as possible before the exit inspection. It was spotless and they
payed very close attention to detail.

Unfortunately, we're missing a piece of decorative pottery. Perhaps it was broken during the dusting.

In answer to your pedantic and ill-informed response, because it took so long for you to return our calls or return Our key, I had already been forced to change all the locks On the Doors. As such, it was not worth my time to make an appointment, and only then potentially get my key returned. A stable business understands that they do not make their own Failure, the customer's responsibility. Certainly goes with the subpar execution of your work.
