Horizon Painting

During the first meeting with owner Aldo, he explained clearly all work to be done.  His proposal was clear and detailed. During all phases of the work, communication with Aldo was outstanding.  All work was excellent, including carpentry performed by Aldo. Crew cleaned up completely at the end of each day.

Aldo, his brother, and their whole crew are great.  They work fast, arrive on time, and finish on time. The quality of the work (painting this time, next time is carpentry and more painting) is excellent and they stand behind their work by fixing any issues that may arise down the road (pain peeling, bubbling, etc.)
Everyone that works for Aldo is full time so there will not be random strangers in your house. In this area a lot of paint crews hire extra hands that they may not work with on regular basis, and these people will be in your house. 
They will be coming back to do work on our deck soon. Great job.

The carpentry is excellent, the new doors are hung beautifully, and I'm very, very pleased with my cabinet refinishing and my kitchen. All was very well. Their interior painting was very good. They vacuumed everyday before they left. I am planning to use them again. I have more stuff to do. They have also done work for my condo association for painting. Everyone has been very, very pleased.

I used Horizon Painting on the exterior of the house last summer, and was very happy to have them back again. They are meticulous in their work as well as easy and pleasant to have around! Horizon Painting should change its name to “The Brilliant Boci Brothers” or something that better characterizes the scope of their work. They do practically everything, and they do it beautifully. Aldo and Alex Boci are perfectionists.
We had used them to paint our house and were so impressed with the quality that when we decided to buy another house as an investment property, the first thing we did was call Aldo. He and I walked though the house before we bought it, but it was so full of decades of accumulated stuff, we couldn’t really get an accurate idea of what was involved.
The project turned out, of course, to be a lot more complicated than I’d imagined. The house had been neglected for thirty years, with few repairs, and those done poorly. Aldo came up with a solution for everything. When he found a problem (e.g. mold behind some paneling that he planned to paint) he told me about it right away and gave me choices on the remedy. I had never renovated a house before, so I made many mistakes in scheduling the other workers (floor refinishing, countertop installation, etc.) that caused several delays, interrupting Horizon’s work schedule for days at a time. Since their system is to work on only one job until it is finished, I am sure this caused problems for their scheduling. They never complained and were always positive and encouraging. Aldo recommended his cousin Janko Pali (Pali Electrical Service) to do the electrical work, and that turned out to be very helpful since they could coordinate on the project.
The house has been transformed from frowsy to fabulous, thanks to their professionalism and problem solving skills. They were a joy to work with.

Even though I had to wait several weeks for them to be available, I am so glad that I hired Horizon painters! Horizon (Aldo, Alex, and the crew) are professional and extremely competent. That treat your home as they would their own. All work was done meticulously. They arrive on time, clean up thoroughly at the end of the day, and take every bit of trash with them. They cover all of your valuables carefully with plastic and use clean drop cloths. There wasn't so much as an extra drop of paint anywhere when they finished. Aldo is a skilled carpenter and gave me excellent advice to address an ongoing problem with water leakage around my bay window. All agreed upon work in the proposal was completed to my full satisfaction. Even some and quot;extrasand quot; which were added on were done without complaint. In reading through the comments posted here I see that there are several repeat customers. That is completely understandable given the way they conduct their business. I will definitely be using Horizon's services again in the future.

We had a lot of exterior painting and trim repair that needed to be done, as well as quite a bit of interior painting. Aldo Bocci (the brother that runs most of the company stuff) spent over 3 hours with me on the estimate. I had a ton of questions, and he was able to answer everything, educating me in the process. In addition, he was also able to let me know if something I wanted to do wasn't up to code, or otherwise unable to be done. I have found it rare that a contractor is willing to tell you that, they usually just respond with and quot;Sure!and quot;, whatever it takes to win the business. Aldo does not operate that way, and I appreciate that.

Once Horizon Painting started the job, it went quickly, leaving nothing but quality work behind. Aldo is a master craftsman, and told me he prefers the other types of jobs they do rather than just painting. This was evident by the time and effort he took to make sure everything was done properly. The other brother (I forget his name) and the assistants did a great job with the painting while Aldo performed the carpentry work.

If Horizon Painting doesn't directly do a job, chances are they have a friend in the business who can. I have a few other contractors for plumbing, electrical, etc that I have gotten from Horizon, and they have all been great as well.

As another reviewer wrote, I was also shocked to see at the little representation Horizon Painting has on Angie's List. They deserve a lot more. They do not advertise (as far as I am aware), I found them on Consumers Checkbook. I have been very happy with their work, and they are the first ones on my list for any type of job. It's great to have finally found a contractor I can trust with my home.

Aldo and his brother are professional, punctual, tidy, and extremely meticulous in their work. I found them on Consumer Checkbook last year and we have used them for numerous projects since, both inside and ourside of our house. As I did not see any reviews of them on Angie's List I felt it was my duty to add one! They do a great work and charge a reasonable price.

The owner is Aldo Boti. They do more than painting. They will do a lot of minor repair related to the outside of the house. They fix roof leaks and anywhere water penetration occurs. I have used them 3 times. Horizon is one of the best painters I have ever had. No drips or over paint. The paint job was good and explained what was wrong wit the last one and why I had to repaint.
