It was great. The owner is very honest, lots of ideas. I hired an architect before we had him. He's very on top of everything. If anything was wrong he was always right on. We have already talked to them about potential work.

We have multiple contractor to asked an estimate, but they are the only company that suggested to have a special permit to have a two garage. He made different version of the project that made sense to our budget. He broke the project so we know what to expect, and drawn the graphics which is very helpful. During the process, there is something happen and he went back and fixed it correctly, he also made sure that were happy about everything and confirm that everything is doing fine.

House looks great. He won't do it if he thinks its a bad idea. Good mix of customer service but not afraid to push back when you are doing something he things is a bad investment. Very knowledgeable on green energy and tons of experience overall. He has even raised a historical home from its foundation to create a bigger basement (not many people have done that). Not cheap but not outrageous. If money is an issue he will work with your budget and doesn't try to up sell at all. Total bang for the buck and completely stands by his work.

We would hire them again. Our neighbors are hiring them also. Good work with good people says it all.

I have been using Home Perfection Contracting for several years for all my remodeling needs. They have completed several projects for me including remodeling bathrooms, moving a laundry room, reconfiguring living space and finishing my basement. Recently, they built an addition to my house and added a large deck. We continue to receive compliments on the work done from all those who come to our house. Since the first project, I came to realize that Ahmad and Home Perfection are extremely reliable and trustworthy. I have no hesitation about leaving them at home unattended. From design to completion, their work is professional and they do not take shortcuts. The product they provide is of the highest quality. I have been extremely happy with all of the projects they have undertaken for me and will rehire them without hesitation for the next one.

The contractor was prompt, extremely professional and very courteous to deal with. He, and all the subcontractors he used were superb. He helped us make decisions about the door, windows, lights, and color and was very patient when we changed our minds about things. He oversaw all the work being done and really expected perfection which is what we got! He took care of a few unrelated issues we had with our house and didn't charge any extra.
It has been such a pleasure working with him that I actually wish we had something more for him to do! I would definitely use him again. In fact two of our neighbors had him do bigger jobs and were just as thrilled with his work.
To top it off we felt his price was as good as we good have hoped for.

Ahmad was very responsive, knowledgeable and communicative. He had good ideas for how to handle a tricky project, and he was patient in explaining his approach. His workers were polite, clean and efficient. The project was completed in a day, and we are very satisfied with the finished work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others or to use them again if we have a need. And Ahmad noticed another area above the door that could allow rainwater to enter the building, so he sealed it without charge, on his own initiative. That was very cool.

Ahmed was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The price on the estimate seemed eminently reasonable for the amount of work, in the end I just think that the project made sense from a cost-effectiveness standpoint. That was my fault not his, the project was my idea and he tried to come up with a cost-effective manner of delivering. I have full confidence that if I had gone forward with the project that I would have been happy with Ahmed's work and if the opportunity presents itself I will certainly solicit a bid from him.
