We've used Hofheimer as our security company ever since a neighbor recommended them so it was a no brainer to call Louis when we moved to a new house without an alarm system. He walked through the house with us and advised us how to configure the system with a good balance of providing us with peace of mind while also keeping our costs down.
His primary technician/installer, Deon, installed the system in a day. We've worked with Deon before and he is great - he even fixed our screen door and a broken telephone line (which the phone company installer wouldn't touch). He installed the sensors in unobtrusive places so our walls aren't peppered with little boxes. Louis then came out and programmed the system for us based on how we used the house and showed us how to use it.
Hofheimer's costs for monitoring and maintenance are very reasonable. We are very happy with them as our security system provider.

They've been coming out to us for over 20 years. The owner of the company is the guy that comes out and talks to you which we like that and he loves his job and his business. He is very customer service oriented and he just knows his products. We had never any problems working with them. He works all the time. He returns your call. He is great.

It was excellent. He arrived on time and did a great job. I have been using his services for 14 years, and he has always been responsive, intelligent, and reliable. He also avoids making unnecessary service calls if he can fix a problem from his office.
