Guemri Appliance was the only company That responded to my call on a Sunday over a holiday weekend - I assumed I would need to schedule a visit for the following week, but he came out same day within just a couple of hours, and was very polite and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem, and though he didn’t have the replacement part with him on the truck, let me know a ballpark estimate for the repair/replacement and next steps. I really appreciated his responsiveness and honesty - I’ll be calling again next time I need to have an appliance repaired!

Perfectly. I dealt exclusively w/ Hached. He is an engineer from another county. I found him to be very responsive, expert, and efficient. Additionally, I got quotes from other companies and found his pricing to be very reasonable when compared to those other companies. He repaired a gas stove for me (burner knob and stem replacement, igniter replacement), uninstalled a dishwasher (Costco installers don't do that!), and recommended replacement of my washing machine that was having issues.

I found Guemri online and through text message, I got an appointment or a  two hour window to wait for the technician on a Sunday. He (Hached) showed up during the time frame and did the diagnostic, he  had the blown capacitor and replaced it.
All and all it took 10 minutes for him to fix the broken outside unit/compressor/heat pump.
He was very professinal and experienced, the type that you want to watch when they work! the outside unit started to work immidiately, and few moments later cool air was blowing from the ducts.

all my appliances gave up on me at the same time. hached came and worked on my fridge, dishwasher , stove and got it all working. the big one was the ac, he did a complete tune up and cleaned the coil. what I like about this company is very realible, extremely professional ,the price was very reasonable and that was no hidden costs will recommend him to everybody

Excellent as soon as I contacted them they came in 2 hours of contacting them , they are professionals , not expensive at all like others same service providers.

They saved me a lot of money, I had 2 technicians prior ,one told me I need to replace the whole unit and the second said I need to replace the unit outside.
when Hached came , he took his time looking around and he almost took everything apart ,told that he needed to make sure all the parts are ok and he is looking to find the source of the problem.i was very impressed how detailed he was and how he was trying to find the problem not jumping into the conclusion of replacing the whole unit. The other two technicians  did none of that.
after a while he was able to determine the problem and explained what needed to be done. It was a couple component that needed to be replace and a full tune up and my ac is working just fine.
he suggested I need to do a tune up before winter so I won't have a problem with the heat , I told him will make sure to set up an appointment and have him take care of it
