Wanted to surprise my wife with a new radio and speakers in her 1994 Ford Explorer. Called Jacque at Graphics-n-Tints late afternoon March 11,2008. He called me back and I told him about my idea to surprise my wife. He said he could work me in on Friday; pick up vehicle sat. We did that. On Sat. picked up truck and went home realized something didn't sound right called him and he said bring it in 8am Sunday and he would check it. He made adjustments we checked it out together and it was PERFECT. Went to meet my wife and she was shocked. Next day Jacque called me to ask how everything went and I explained how much joy this little job meant to us and how very pleased we were and are. In fact my wife called me the next day while doing errands to tell me how great the new radio sounded and that she didn't realize how bad the old one was. Thanks again Graphics-n-Tint; second great job you did for my family.

It seems that everything went wrong with this company. I was told the job would take a week and it took five weeks to complete. The stereo was loose and rattled, but the company refused to fix it. They charged us a lot of money to do a lousy job and now I have to take it to another company to redo the whole job. I would never use this company again.
