+ -1 moreWanted to surprise my wife with a new radio and speakers in her 1994 Ford Explorer. Called Jacque at Graphics-n-Tints late afternoon March 11,2008. He called me back and I told him about my idea to surprise my wife. He said he could work me in on Friday; pick up vehicle sat. We did that. On Sat. picked up truck and went home realized something didn't sound right called him and he said bring it in 8am Sunday and he would check it. He made adjustments we checked it out together and it was PERFECT. Went to meet my wife and she was shocked. Next day Jacque called me to ask how everything went and I explained how much joy this little job meant to us and how very pleased we were and are. In fact my wife called me the next day while doing errands to tell me how great the new radio sounded and that she didn't realize how bad the old one was. Thanks again Graphics-n-Tint; second great job you did for my family.
Description of Work: Jacque, replaced my old radio with one that I bought for 1997 Tahoe. He also replaced speakers. Did a fantastic job! Then had him in March replace the radio and speakers in my wifes' 1994 Ford Explorer. Again an excellent job!

+ -1 moreIt seems that everything went wrong with this company. I was told the job would take a week and it took five weeks to complete. The stereo was loose and rattled, but the company refused to fix it. They charged us a lot of money to do a lousy job and now I have to take it to another company to redo the whole job. I would never use this company again.
Description of Work: Graphics and Tints installed a new car stereo in my 1992 Corvette.

+ -1 moreExcellent job with a very fair price.
Description of Work: Bought my new radio with CD & cassette player for my 1997 Tahoe. Called for available time to bring my vehicle to their shop. Waited 4 days. They made available time for me to bring the truck in early. Told me 2 hour job and at the 2 hour mark job was done. Later on I had problems with unit and called them, they advised me to come right back. Checking unit the problem was the radio-they called the place I bought the radio. Next day I had the new unit and went right over to Graphics-n-Tint. They took out the new malfunctioning unit and replaced it with the other new unit at NO CHARGE TO ME. This was done right away when I got my truck and the new radio to their shop. These guys are professional/competent and high on "Customer Service." I am so glad I found them and highly recommend them to other members.
