A nightmare experience. I found the company using Angie's list. I called the night before to describe my need and ask the best time to drop off the TV. I was told between 10:00 and 10:30 AM and I indicated I would drop off in the morning. The company's location is very hard to find - in an old basement garage behind the building. No sign of any kind is visible from the street or the front of the building. I arrived at about 10:25. I tried to call fro better directions, but got a voice mail, even thought the operating hours were posted as 10:00 - 5:00. I finally found the store, and was surprised to find the door locked and no one present. I essentially wasted more than an hour of my time and received no service.

Shop was a little hard to find, but once there, I was treated well. We weren't sure if Philips would cover the repair under warranty since it was slightly over the time, but shopkeeper said she would see if they would (they didn't since the warranty period was over, but I wasn't expecting Philips to cover anyway). TV was repaired within a day or two, and I am still very satisfied with the work. Employees took extremely heavy TV out of my car for repair, and put it back in when repair was done. Work guaranteed for 90 days. Price seemed very reasonable.
