FIRST CALL

I called a couple of vendors from Angie's List and left msgs for them. First Call called back promptly, quoted a price based on what I needed and set up an appt. Our tech was Jonathan who as able to quickly re-connect the dryer and washer. He also checked to make sure they were working before he left. I was happy with the job he did. It wasn't a challenging job for them, but you never want to be fooling with gas hookups unless you're qualified.

Called and set appointment for Dec. 3. Electrician arrived on time; I explained what I wanted. Told him he would have to go up into the attic as that is where the wiring was. He proceeded to unscrew wall light plate, twisted a wire and said that the fan worked by the pull chain. I explained it had always worked that way, but now I wanted it to work by the switch. He twisted the wire again and said the fan works; that will be $67 for the service call. I called and spoke with Nancy and explained what I wanted. She said she would forward on to supervisor and that she would call me back next morning (Tues). By Friday, having not heard, I called again. This time, she said she would give my complaint to company owner Tom. This was back in Dec. Having heard nothing within a month, I wrote a letter of complaint. Today is 2 March, and I still have not heard back from anyone Three people supposedly had my complaint; surely one could have at least called me.

There was a plumbing issue and he misdiagnosed the problem and he had to some back several times. It was a very minor issue. The others jobs were ok.

I LIKED THE COMPANY, THEY CAME ON TIME EVEN THOUGH THE WEATHER WAS BAD. THEY MADE TWO TRIPS TO MY HOUSE, AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IN THE FUTURE.
