+ -1 moreWith such excellent medical care, it is rather shocking to experience such unfriendly, curt and rude office staff. It is the norm to be greeted in a gruff almost hostile manner both on the phone and in person. I truly enjoy having Dr. Vidwans as my doctor; however, due to the consistently unpleasant office staff I'm uncertain how long I will remain a patient.
Description of Work: Dr. Neil Vidwans is an excellent primary care physician. He listens patiently to all concerns and works thoughtfully to find solutions to any medical concerns you may have. I am fairly new to this medical center and Dr. Vidwans, and am thoroughly happy to have him as my doctor. The nurses are friendly and very helpful.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I were both pleased with the overall performance at this practice.
Description of Work: I liked Dr. Oshinsky. He is very direct and thorough. Can't wait to get my new glasses! His office staff are also very good. There are several medical practices at this facility and the front desk was a little abrupt. My husband and I both had examinations and Dr Oshinsky and his staff were very helpful and gave us very good insight into our eye care.

+ -1 moreI arrived 30 minutes early and got one of two remaining parking spaces (limited parking). I filled out the required forms and payed my co-pay. The staff was unwelcoming. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time (and had to visit the doctor's office on my on to find out the status of my appointment) and was still 2 patients away from seeing the doctor. I got a refund for my co-pay and left. The doctor's office was small and overflowing with stuff indicating a lack of organization. The woman I was talking to was grabbing a syringe for the doctor at the same time. Looked like chaos. No thanks.
Description of Work: Was referred by my primary doctor for a dermatology issue.
