Furniture - Sales
Furniture was delivered with a small rip in one piece. The deliveryman was very polite and said he'd take care of things. A month later, I hadn't heard from England Furniture. When I called, they said the person in charge of such things had been on vacation but would be back "soon." A month later, I called and he said the cloth for repair would be in next week. A month later, he said the exact same thing. Same story for the next two months. The furniture itself if of good quality, but the customer service is completely lacking and ruins the experience. I have never gotten a call for a status update and every time I've called I have gotten totally inaccurate information.
