"We are sorry that you look back on your experience in a negative light, as it is our top priority to deliver superior drainage solutions and an exceptional customer service experience to all of our valued clients. We understand your frustration and have taken measures to resolve the issue with you privately. We thank you for your feedback on your experience. If you would like to discuss it further, please give our office a call so we can resolve any additional frustrations you are experiencing."
"Good morning, in our response to legitimate criticisms of our communication or services our first attempt as resolution is to apologize and have a supervisor follow-up and make sure the client receives their estimate. We do not take these issues lightly and are sorry to hear that you've had this experience. We always advise our clients to reach out to our office for any issues they're having with a Project Manager - customer service from our representatives is something that we are working diligently to improve. However, any issue that is brought to the attention of our office is swiftly handled by a supervisor. Additionally, we are in a field where it is common for our clients to compare several estimates and in the past we have received reviews from individuals we have never worked with, a separate problem that we address when it arises."
"Thank you for your kind praise of our representatives!"
"We appreciate your kind review! You were so wonderful to work with, please feel free to reach out again in the future if there's anything else I can help you with."
"We recommended grading, geotextile fabric, and river stone under your deck. This item was removed from the contract and you refused to do this portion of the work and we tried to reduce the price and offer it to you at cost explaining the importance of its inclusion for functionality, you refused. When we returned you treated our representatives in a disrespectful way, we were prepared to do the work at no charge, but following your inappropriate derogatory statements we had to leave the premises. Most of our employees are well versed in English and all of our Foreman speak English. We prefer not to address the other comments you made at our staff."
