Hardwood Flooring Service
They were clean and efficient and were able to leave the completed job a few hours early. I am thrilled with the result. The manager Matt Gentry followed up twice to make sure that both of the two people living in the house were pleased. The floors look great. It was an easy clean up. I would definitely use this company again for any of the kinds of work that they do.

Carpet Installation
Their installers were the ones that damaged both water supplies, one for the bathroom and one for my icemaker. They started waffling about giving me credit on my bill for some of the problems that we had agreed to. I took off of the bill the credit when I paid for the carpet.

Hardwood Flooring Service
A few floorboard have come loose from the floor, showing glue spots in the gap between the hardwood wide -plank floors. After placing 4 calls over the last few weeks to Dieners requesting a fix (all made during the warranty period) I have not received a call back or visit from the Dieners repair crew. The Dieners install crew did not post for an arranged repair on one occasion. The other 3 times that I had requested action they did not bother to call to schedule an appointment - or even call back, despite a promise from the store management that the problem would be resolved by the repair/installation crew. I am very frustrated with the lack of response from Dieners and will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Flooring, Carpet Installation
Lousy. I had to deal with several Diener's salesmen in order to just get a written proposal. Amazingly, the first salesman wasted my time and his own by coming to my house, measuring, and telling me a price. Even though the price for replacing just a small part of the original carpet was roughly equal to what I had paid for the entire carpet nine years ago, I agreed. But after weeks and weeks of my reminding him, the salesman never sent me a sales contract. So I called another salesman, who took measurements, sent me a proposal, and then quit Dieners. Third time was the charm, and I signed a contract. The big day of the installation arrived, but the installers didn't. At least not on time. They were four hours late, and only came at all because I worked the phones with the store. After installing the padding, they blocked me into my rec room while they installed the carpet from the other side of a shut door. When I finally was able to open the door, voil , wrong color.

Flooring
Sales people were helpful in choosing flooring. They brought samples and helped us match counters and paint. Diener's is more expensive than most others, but I was willing to pay extra for good service. However, installation was just awful. First, there were lumps under the linoleum. They had to reinstall new linoleum. Then, they destroyed most of the kitchen molding and the wooden threshold leading to the living room. They brought a new threshold, but it was the wrong size, color and style. Four months later, they claim to have found the proper threshold and would like to come back to ''make things right''. In addition to installing the new threshold, they were going to fix all the molding, which had poorly mitred corners and was sloppily nailed in place. However, the installers were a no-show. Needless to say, I don't recommend them!
