Horrible, obnoxious, rude dismissive manager. They were tearing my feet apart. It was so bad that I decided immediately that they could not ever be broken in. Manager, after condescendingly inferring that I was not privy to his superior knowledge of footwear and all other thing sport stated, "I can't sell these.", and walked away. He made me stand in his store, call D****, and get them to confirm that I could return the shoes. Just not to the Columbia Pike location. Well, he can't sell me anything anymore, and hasn't for well over a year. The real loser here is D**** Corporation in general, because they honored their policy, but this manager so offended me that I just began shopping around at Golfsmith, Galaxy, Amazon and Ebay and gave them the 1-2K I spent over the last year or so instead.
