Very professional

Dave came out promptly. Advised against aeration as unnecessary expense. We agreed on what should be done and it was done on schedule. Nice people to work with. Helpful, not pushy. Didn't try to sell stuff we didn't need. We'll be getting an annual program.

They were prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My yard looks wonderful!!!!

The crew somehow shows up on dates that were not agreed upon. This happened a couple of times. And the owner is hard to get hold of. But at least he is friendly,, understanding, and receptive to improving the scheduling process. Otherwise, work is acceptable.

You get what you pay for. While Dave's Lawn Service provided the lowest quote, they have yet to show up when they said they would (we requested every week mowing and we are lucky if they show up every other week). I have emailed multiple times but only received one response with an excuse as to why they couldn't mow our lawn. And, the actual lawn is left too long/uneven with no regard for sidewalks/patio area. If all you want is to avoid having a jungle in your backyard, this service is probably fine. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else!

I'm giving Dave's Lawn Service 3.5 stars for now because they only came twice this season and after repeated scheduling difficulties. I'm sure once I'm on track with Dave's scheduling routine, I would be less stressed out about the no-shows. His crew, when they do show up, do great work. I hope I'll continue with Dave's Lawn Service and see his team thriving.

They did a great job but communication regarding scheduling could have been better.

Went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had an intimidating clean up task as we prepared to sell our home and Dave and his crew knocked it out of the park at the absolute best price!

Dave is very courteous and he came to give me estimates right away and was very reasonable with the price. He did not try to push or sell any service that I did not already want.

Really appreciated the customer service. Dave's crew had to come out twice due to some minor miscommunication on both ends (no fault to his crew), but Dave immediately took care of the situation. He also followed up once the work was completed to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Plan to use again

Estimate came on the same day as I submitted the inquiry, and they completed the job within two days of my confirming the job. Yard was excellent and all trimmings were cleaned up and disposed.

Dave came out to my house to look at my lawn and was diligent about reaching me. His guys did an excellent job cutting my grass. I was supposed to get my grass cut on a weekly basis and was really looking forward to working with Dave regarding other yard work, however, his guys only showed up one time. I called to inquire but didn't hear back from Dave until two days later. I will do a follow-up review when my yard work has been completed.

They came to assess our property the same day we called and completed service the next morning. They finished quickly and were very reasonably priced.

A service manager at Dave's called me quickly and came out the same day to look at our yard. Unlike other businesses I'd contacted, Dave's does not require a contract. Rates were very reasonable, and the work began promptly. The mowing crew left the bagged clippings and loose branches bundled for county trash pickup at the curb. No complaints!
