He showed up early to our appointment and was already checking out the exterior of the property. Vince was really friendly and easy to work with. He told us everything he saw on the premises and spent a good hour and a half going through every nook and cranny with us. He offered sound advice and was extremely professional. We really enjoyed our inspection with Vince and would highly recommend his services to anyone. He has been working in the Arlington VA area for many years and knows the neighborhoods and types of homes very well.

prVince arrived 20 minutes early and began surveying the exterior taking pictures of every possible defect. He spent over four hours doing the inspection, carefully going through every room including basement storage areas. At the end of the four hours he provided a hand written report. By the next day he emailed me a 36 page report including pictures of every defect. He was not only professional but congenial and listened to any concern we had. He was even cool and collected when the front loading washer drenched his feet with cold water when he opened the door and several gallons of water poured out onto his feet. He commented that he had never seen something like that before and took it in stride. The cost does include a $140 radon inspection and the cost was well worth it on a house this size.
