Frank provided me a cost and time estimate over the phone ON SUNDAY. I arrived for my appointment and within an hour the service was complete. Very professional and exactly what I wanted.

Frank (owner) and Julio (tech) did a great job. I brought the equipment and harnesses to them from a supplier in the UK. The work was done on time and it sounds great! They located the wiring where I asked them to, hiding the mic for bluetooth where the manufacturer would have. I asked Frank whether I should add a subwoofer while they were at it, and he advised against it, even though he would have stood to make more money from the job. I give him credit for that. Julio is fantastic--did high quality work and made sure everything was working before I left. I could not be happier and would definitely plan to use them again.

I had a great experience at Car Stereo Systems. I'm a tough consumer and are in sales myself so I am not one to leave a positive comment or review if I didn't think the business did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. I originally heard about Car Stereo Systems from here on Angieslist but they only had one review. I came in originally to get my four channel amp installed but after talking with the owner and getting some very competitive pricing, I decided to also install some additional equipment. I could tell the installer knew what he was doing and didn't cut any corners because he invited me out to the service bay to show me what he was doing and I noticed that he had taken all the steps to do the job right by completely removing my back seat to hide all wires, moved both amps, including the one that I already had in the car, to the appropriate locations to make sure there was no engine noise interference. The job took about the estimate that they gave me and when I returned the owner walked out to test all the equipment with me. Everything worked great and I was very satisfied with my experience. I will go back again for any future audio/video work I need done on my car.

Contracted and paid for the work one week before it was performed. Parts had to be ordered. Work was completed in 3 hours. The only hitch was failure to re-connect the radio antenna which I discovered while still in the parking lot. Had to have them pull the radio and reconnect it. Work was done quickly and cheerfully. Product meets expectations and enhances the listening experience.

First visit was to get price and information on a remote start system. Options were very professionally (and enthusiastically) explained with no pressure to buy. Returned a couple weeks later to purchase and scheduled installation-again a pleasant experience. Final visit was for installation. Work done in time frame I was given, and system works great. Employees were extremely pleasant to me, my wife, and my children, which is always appreciated.

Charged me $55 to take out radio and plug in an antenna they had sitting on the shop floor. It worked, so they claimed the problem was my antenna, saying it "was a bad antenna, get a new one." Okay. What's wrong with it? They didn't say. So, $55 and five minutes later, I took it to an auto audio shop in McLean, and they found the issue, a detached antenna coax cable, in one minute and didn't charge me anything. The antenna was perfect. So Car Stereo Systems completely misdiagnosed the issue and charged me $55.
