Horrible wrong, He keep making up issues so the Arlington country come after 8 years to inspect . 

Martir Hernandez of Capitol Builders Group submitted a thorough, very reasonably priced bid to handle all the work. Checked with me when there were any problems (only a few) and sent pictures of the completed work. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable pricing. Martir was able to start work almost immediately and work was completed within two weeks. Definitely recommend Capitol Builders Group as an excellent, reliable company.

The gutter fell off the side of my house because of all the snow, i called capital builders and they were there the next day. they did a great job.

Overall, they do a decent job, but Martir didn't do the one thing he promised off the bat. He said that as the General Contractor he'll handle everything to make sure the job's done smoothly. I had to leave work on numerous occasions to oversee their work, remind them of the things they had to fix, etc.

I had given him my budget, and he said he could work with it. I was very clear on what I wanted done. Unfortunately, he ended up using a different cabinet supplier because he didn't think the original supplier could give me the quality I wanted. What's the point of a price quote if they'll end up using someone else that literally cost 2-3 times more.

Don't get me wrong though...Martir is INCREIBLY nice, polite, and professional (except the times they were scheduled to come do something minor and cancelled without notifying me). His crew is full of very nice guys. He's always willing to go back to a job to fix something that wasn't done right- even if it was a year later.

The original kitchen remodel was done back in 2008, but I wanted to praise the company for coming to my aid when I discovered (6 years later!) a problem with the gas line to my stove. Martir had someone to my house within a day to correct the problem, free of charge. Obviously I would have preferred that the problem not have happened in the first place, but it's wonderful to work with people who are willing to put right a mistake. I highly recommend them.
